Duties and Responsibilities: SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:[1] Responsible for application issues and supports the department with technical related skills.[2] Must have working knowledge of the following:preparation of alloy types commonly found in the aerospace industry.sectioning of complex castings to include cutting mounting and polishing.[4] Provides assistance to the customer and or manufacturing principal as required to ensure that issues are addressed either by us or the factory and resolved to the customers satisfaction.[5] Reports to management observed technical issues and problems experienced by customers and perceived action required to resolve these matters.[6] Assists management as requested in maintaining an ongoing database of all customers prospects and projects.[7] Generates reports as required on quality activity.Experience and Education EDUCATION:High school education required. Prefer 2 years of technical education in an engineering-related field.EXPERIENCE:Entry level - 2 years experience in quality.Required Skills Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Strong understanding of project management methodology.Strong analytical skills ability to identify and anticipate internal and external customer needs and design/execute quantitative approaches.Must be detail oriented and numbers driven with a concern for quality.Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in an ad-hoc fast-paced environment.Strong customer focus skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to adjust based on the audience/end user community.Ability to consistently follow policies and procedures.
