In addition to managing day-to-day operations this role is key in crisis management handling emergencies and disruptions in close collaboration with senior leadership. Continuous analysis and improvement of operational processes to increase overall efficiency. </p><p>Responsibilities </p><ul> <li>Manage the delivery of services for customer airlines and airports in accordance with the contract and within the agreed budget level </li><li>Ensure safety and security policies and procedures are in accordance with all applicable standards set </li><li>Liaise with airline station managers airport operations managers handling agents Customs Immigration and Security officials and other airport stakeholders </li><li>Manage local Recruiting and Staffing initiatives following recruiting and hiring policies and procedures and ensuring staffing levels are maintained to meet internal/external service level/quality assurance standards </li><li>Monitor performance and take action to correct any shortfalls </li><li>Collaborate with Senior leadership operational gaps irregularities and audits </li><li>Guide and mentor the local team </li><li>Investigate and report all accidents incidents and irregularities including work-related accidents/incidents passenger incidents involving PrimeFlight employees and property and/or aircraft damage </li><li>Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations and laws as well as required security measures </li><li>Promote and support workplace diversity initiatives </li><li>Assist and/or lead startup operations across all lines of business </li><li>The ability to backfill open leadership positions during times of vacancy </li><li>Perform any additional duties as assigned by management </li></ul> <p>Qualifications </p><ul> <li>18 years of age or older </li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment. </li><li>Ability to work in office onsite Monday-Friday </li><li>5 years of Leadership/Operational experience </li><li>Established leader in managing large teams </li><li>Project Management experience is a plus </li><li>In-depth knowledge of airport operational procedures and regulatory requirements </li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills </li><li>Must hold a valid drivers license. </li><li>Communicate effectively in English (reading writing speaking) </li><li>Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients both in-person and through electronic means </li><li>Pass a background check and drug screen </li><li>Travel requirement >75% travel between airport stations and for meetings </li><li>Must be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operations </li></ul> <p>To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
