POSITION SUMMARY The customer account representative is responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and managing assigned customer accounts. This position will initiate corrective actions as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. This position will be located at our facility in Titusville Florida with capabilities ranging from regional aircraft to mainline aircraft. Our customers consist of airlines such as Delta connection United connection Fed-ex feeders and many brokers and aircraft leasing companies. Essential Functions Statement(s) Issue and process all sales orders including making corrections and adjustments as necessary before shipping orders. Receive research and answer customer inquiries regarding sales orders invoices shipping data and paperwork. Prioritize the workload to ensure shipping dates are met. Liaise with the production control customer service manager materials manager on any warehousing issues. Reply to repair quotes pricing requests for future work. Receive research and resolve customer grievances and document feedback positive and negative. Be energetic goal-driven with excellent communication skills. This role may often be challenging so you should be able to remain calm and polite in tough situations. Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solution and defuse tension. Prepare quotes for review by CSM prior to being sent to customers for approval. Maintain customer contacts phone and fax numbers and email addresses located in the customer contact section of the Companys computer system. Maintain customers work order files and provide weekly status reports as required. Coordinate the delivery of material and maintain customer projected schedules with production control. High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required Associates Degree (two year college or technical school) or equivalent experience: Required Experience:
Two years of progressive customer service or direct marketing experience is desired. Computer Skills: A good working knowledge of Word and Excel. Other Requirements: Willing to travel if required (some trade shows and special customer meetings). Ability to read understand and prepare technical bid proposals.
