Quest Aviation, Inc., is seeking a professional inside sales representative. We are a leading independent global aviation parts distributor servicing the aerospace and aviation industries. Founded in 1984, we have built an excellent reputation throughout the industry.

Our sales team works with business aircraft service centers, repair stations, international parts brokers and private aircraft owners. One-year aviation, sales, or business experience preferred.

This position is responsible for inside sales of Quest Aviation’s inventory and services. This person will manage the day-to-day activities and requirements of incoming sales calls while building and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Job Description:

-Handle domestic and international telephone sales calls and emails.

-Prepare formal quotations for both domestic and international customers.

-Generate and process sales + provide full customer support as necessary.

-Maintain positive account relationships and respond to customer needs in a responsive and timely manner.

-This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 8am-6pm

Job Requirements:

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

-Must be able to learn and become proficient in inventory management software.

-Knowledge of Quantum, Pentagon or other Aviation related software is a plus

-One year of experience in a business professional environment (preferably in sales).

-Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, additional languages are a plus

-Must be able to work independently as well as within a group/team setting.

-Some knowledge of, or Experience in the aviation or automotive industry is preferred

Compensation:

-Negotiable.
