What You Will Do:

• Perform various quality inspections and preparations under supervision.
• Support the continuous improvement and all CORE and EH&S initiatives including wearing required personal protective equipment.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles (PIVs)
• Refer difficulties to Supervisor or Team Leader.
• May be assigned to tasks not specifically listed within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individual skills.
• Ability to perform field calls sample prep activities and alloy change quality checks under an approved trainer.
• The position requires ascending descending stairs standing for extended periods bending squatting twisting overhead reach lifting up to 25 pounds working at heights over 60 with harness working in loud bright areas using metal processing equipment (i.e. saws grinders etc.) and looking through microscopes.
• On occasion you may be required to work hours outside of your typical shift.
• The position will work a schedule of Monday - Thursday (4x10) 2:00pm - 12:00am (7th shift).

Qualifications You Must Have:

• HS diploma (or equivalent e.g. G.E.D. in the US) with a minimum of 1-year relevant experience

The salary range for this role is $22.00 per hour; however Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
