You will represent the companys interests and build new business relationships to drive sales and enhance performance.This role will require national and international travel - up to 50%Primary Responsibilities+ Contacts and builds relationships with new customers.+ Serves as primary contact to prospects to understand customer needs and suggest products and/or services.+ Leads business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.+ Identifies bid opportunities prepares bid responses negotiates with potential customers and builds and maintains customer relationships to win projects.+ Participates as the management team representative on prospective target accounts. Establishes personal long-term customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.+ Attends and presents at trade shows to increase the visibility of the organization.+ Customer facing and selling role (quotas) only responsible for acquisition of new accounts.+ "Hunts" new deals and customers to generate leads for new customers.+ Works with customers to develop product specs for future projects.+ Designs and executes marketing and sales strategies policies and programs for company products.Basic Qualifications+ Bachelors degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR Advance degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR In absence of a degree 11 years of relevant experience is required.+ Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder.+ Must be fluent in English and Spanish.+ Proficient in Microsoft Office.+ Experienced with CRM software such a Sales Plus.Preferred Qualifications+ Experience with nacelles and aerospace structures is highly desired.+ Background in manufacturing engineering and/or finance is highly desiredCollins Aerospace a Raytheon Technologies company is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
