ACE Associates required.The Repair Technician III must meet all Repair Technician I and II requirements and demonstrate the aptitude to learn retain recall and validate proficiency on all items within the cell in conjunction with the following:+ Champion and implement ACE continuous improvement project for site /Cell.+ Assume the responsibility of completing the work assigned in a quality and timely manner under moderate to no supervision.+ Will support and implement projects to meet business objectives.+ Serve as back-up to Lead Technician as needed.1st Shift: Mon. - Fri. 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM EDTPrimary Responsibilities:+ Serve as back-up to Lead Technician+ Ability to utilize computer system to input and retrieve information (i.e. SAP Fortis Smart-solve Outlook Microsoft suite and other pertinent systems)+ Demonstrates ethical work habits.+ Able to follow instructions both written (Maintenance Manuals Blueprints etc.) and verbal.+ Team player and enjoy working in a diverse team environment.+ Ability to read write and speak English to interpret technical data and communicate as required.+ Ability to follow through on job assignments independently.+ Appropriate level of knowledge and experience for troubleshooting use of measuring gauges and test equipment+ Appropriate level of analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and provide possible solutions to correct the problem.+ Ability to work and train employees on a significant number of products and processes within the cell.+ Ability to adapt to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions and needs.+ Perform other duties as required to achieve team goals.Basic Qualifications:+ High School Diploma or AA/AS degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience+ Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holderPreferred Qualifications:+ A and P License or FAA Repairman Certificate preferred.+ Customer Satisfaction/Relations+ Employee Training and Accountability+ "ACE" Continuous Improvement/Involvement+ Time Management+ Practice Safe and Ethical Work Habits Through Environmental Health and Safety+ Cultivate a Quality Culture+ Problem ResolutionEH&S: Technicians generating hazardous waste as part of the repair and overhaul process and who utilize satellite and/or 90-day containers are required to at a minimum understand the properties of facility wastes waste minimization accumulation emergency contingency and response plan and procedures communications alarms and evacuation routes.
