<h3>Job Description</h3><div><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Employees in this position will process a variety of parts in our Anodize department (processing Anodize types I II III). The operators perform operations in accordance with Military and OEM specifications. Responsible for ensuring that the Anodize production process is run smoothly and efficiently. BENEFITS: Competitive salary Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Match Profit Sharing Paid Time Off</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br /> Rack and Process parts according to specifications through anodize lines<br /> Responsible for setting up maintaining and operating various electroplating equipment<br /> Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts<br /> Preparation of parts prior to operations<br /> Know how to complete required paperwork<br /> Be familiar with Quality Assurance requirements and rework procedures<br /> Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines<br /> Maintains accurate documentation<br /> Record results on work orders (dimensions tank # temperature and volts time in /out of the tank)<br /> Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on the processing line<br /> Sign off paperwork as required<br /> Keep the area clean and organized<br /> Use required safety equipment (eye/ear protection gloves back brace when applicable)<br /> Maintain the highest ethical standards even when challenged from above<br /> Take daily direction from Supervisor and follow all management assignments and instructions<br /> You must be able to work overtime as needed</p><p><br /><strong>Educational and Work Experience Requirements</strong></p><p> Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of business and to work effectively with a wide range of internal/external customers.<br /> Three years minimum of operations and hands-on metal finishing supervisory experience. Knowledge of aerospace blueprint requirements and the ability to calculate tank times based on part size and rack configuration. Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule.<br /> High school or equivalent (Preferred)</p><p>Essential Physical Requirements</p><p> Ability to alternate standing and sitting for 8 hours.<br /> Ability to see or correct to 20/20.<br /> Ability to communicate.<br /> Ability to lift 50 pounds.</p><p>Send resumes to <span class="long-word">...@jobsnaz.com</span></p></div>
