Are you ready to use your leadership skills in aviation regulations and aircraft maintenance in a managerial position? Join our team! As an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all aircraft repair and maintenance activities and ensuring those activities are performed safely on-time and within budget. Youll ensure all foreign object inspections and activities are completed ensure projects are properly staffed with qualified employees and establish work standards hours of work and appropriate shifts to be worked to accomplish work on small programs. Youll also review maintenance delays and system problems in order to suggest improvements to maintenance processes and procedures. You will have overall responsibility for the airworthiness of the fleet and will ensure safe and adequate maintenance is performed at all times with the exception of platform supporting programs.
