Signature Flight Support, the world's largest FBO network, is hiring an elite Customer-Oriented Line Service Technician Lead at our LUK facility in beautiful Cincinnati, Ohio! Position: Line Service Technician Lead
Status: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Pay: Starting at $13.50/hr
Line Service Safety and Operations- safely and accurately conduct flight line operations in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ensure all line personnel, customers, and vendors on the line are conducting activities in a safe, secure, and timely manner. Work with Trainer, Line Service Manager, and Safety/Security Coordinator to ensure Line Service Technicians are motivated and fulfilling obligations. Ensure radio and written communications between line and base are accurate, complete, timely, and ensure all paperwork is completed. Conduct all line service operations in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company standards and local, state, and federal requirements.
Training- actively participate in and conduct all initial and recurring training sessions to ensure that all personnel are current on training requirements.
Compliance- responsible for knowing, understanding, following, promoting, and continuously improving current safety regulations. Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and SQMS reports. Complete and maintain required fuel and equipment logs/paperwork. Ensure that ground service, fueling, and hangar equipment/supplies are in a safe and working manner. Ensure that line service operations and practices meet federal, state, and agency requirements. Ensure that subordinate employees comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
Customer Service- provide exceptional customer service to all customers, suppliers, and employees. Represent Signature Flight Support in a positive, courteous, and professional manner regardless of customer requests or complaints and ensure that every current or potential customer is taken care of professionally and timely. Have a strong working knowledge of the FBO business and customer service principles.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Previous Supervisor and FBO experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be comfortable lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds.
- Must have a valid State-issued Driver's License.
- Must be able to obtain airport badge (passing a 10-year background check)
- Must be able to take/pass a pre-employment drug screening.
