Description, duties, responsibilities

The Supervisor oversees daily operations within passenger terminal areas ensuring service quality staff productivity and customer satisfaction. This role involves hands-on leadership maintenance oversight and effective team coordination. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule and assign staff to meet operational demands. Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols. Perform and supervise cart collection cleaning and equipment maintenance. Collaborate with staff and management to resolve operational issues. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with procedures. Provide customer service and address inquiries or complaints. Communicate effectively with airport personnel and government agencies (CBP TSA FBI MDP). Inspect and maintain equipment; report issues as needed. Remain professional under pressure and open to feedback. Other duties as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS Computer and Smart Phone proficient Prior supervisory experience preferred.
