Swissport operates 50+ airport lounges across the world under the brand name of "Aspire Lounges". Our lounges are not quite cafés or restaurants but offer a haven for guests looking for a comfortable seat complimentary food and drinks great WiFi and above all a fantastic experience before their flight no matter the reason for the journey.

Pay Rate is $19/hr.

Your activities

• Greeting engaging with and registering customers at reception
• Replenishing our deli counter with food and drinks
• Topping up our drinks stations and maintaining stock levels
• Serving beer wine and other beverages from our fully tendered bar
• Bussing tables sanitizing dish washing and maintaining high levels of cleanliness at all times
• Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
• Regularly stocking and cleaning restroom facilities every hour
• Sweeping mopping and vacuuming floors as needed
• Above all deliver exceptional customer service with every guest interaction
• Other duties as assigned

• Lounge agents must be 21 years of age or older
• Good command of the English language both verbal and written
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to and from the airport
• Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
• Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift (8 hrs); walking bending stooping twisting reaching pulling pushing kneeling and crouching
• Positive attitude and willingness to get along with co-workers
• Ability to pass a 10 yr. federal background check
• Professional personality and strong customer service knowledge
