••Description••

••SUMMARY:•• An energetic and dynamic individual with the intellectual ability to navigate a uniquely competitive global marketplace with high emphasis on providing top line value to the distributor network. The International Business Manager is responsible for adding value and improving the experience of Arctic Cat and Textron Offroad Distributors and Dealers outside of North America and all other internal and external customers. The International Business Manager accomplishes this by creating, implementing and executing on global market strategies by region. In addition, the International Business Manager will provide information, effective follow through, and exemplary problem solving skills while using in depth knowledge of Arctic Cat and Textron Offroad products, programs, and systems.

••RESPONSIBILITIES:••

+ To be responsive and maintain tight communications with International Distributors at varying hours of the day.
+ Interpret complex data and spreadsheets to see the larger business picture.
+ Develop strategic business and management plan for assigned region so to manage in an efficient and effective manner.
+ Execute channel strategies by market related to growth and profitability. & 61607;
+ Strive towards 100% execution of wholesale objective by product category, distributor/dealer network expansion and enhancement. & 61607;
+ Effectively communicate and collaborate with all internal partners and stakeholders.
+ Consistently utilize all tools and resources necessary to effectively manage regional activities relating to the measurement of progress toward goal achievement and functions of a distributor& 8217;s growth and profitability.
+ Work to continually develop skills and strengths in all areas relative to assigned area of responsibility along with regional industry trends within marketplace.
+ Diligently work to ensure all distributor sales staff are trained on all competencies relating to the features and benefits of the Arctic Cat and Textron Offroad Family of products.
+ Prepare, understand and manage any internal weekly and monthly reports as required and in the timeframe mandated.
+ Assist ACAT/TOR credit department with the collection efforts on delinquent accounts within assigned territory.
+ Assure that all distributors within assigned region operate and comply within the framework outlined in the ACAT/TOR Sales and Service agreement.
+ Effectively contribute to key region Marketing activities and initiatives. & 61607;
+ Navigate day to day within assigned region, with regard to the highest level of integrity and ethics while working diligently to individually contribute to the overall organization& 8217;s Key Strategic Pillars.
+ Effectively follow strategic initiatives by account. Understand new market opportunities and utilize the tools and resources provided to prospect such markets with the goal of ultimately expanding market penetration and share.
+ Provides timely and accurate information to incoming dealers and/or distributor inquiries on order status, availability, and product form fit and function.
+ Helps manage the sale and service of assigned product categories through follow up and product add on and upsell recommendations. & 61607; Ability to direct remote support staff effectively to achieve goals. & 61607; Maintain regular communication with Director International Sales regarding issues in the field.
+ Coordinate efforts with Dealer Development and International Sales Support Managers to effectively onboard new distributors.
+ Act as a liaison to other departments to gather information and share with distributors.
+ Provide reports to Director International Sales, as needed.
+ Provides timely feedback to the department leadership regarding distributor/customer concerns.
+ Attend dealer meetings and/or training events, as assigned.
+ Other Special Projects and duties as assigned.

Required Experience••

••QUALIFICATIONS:•• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

+ Knowledge of the Power sports industry; specifically relating to distributorship and/or dealership structure and operations
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Interpersonal effectiveness as an individual and on teams
+ Outstanding customer relationship management
+ Sense of ownership and initiative
+ Solid organizational, planning, and problem solving skills
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Self motivated
+ Professional attitude and presence
+ Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
+ Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
+ Work independently in assigned region while taking direction from Director International Sales
+ Numbers driven and results orientated
+ Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross functional business environment
+ Strong ability to analyze and create actionable strategies from raw data
+ Ability to analyze currency and margin impacts/requirements
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow through simultaneously
+ High level of organization
+ Ability to travel Internationally as required (passport required)

••EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:•• & 61607;

+ Bachelor& 8217;s degree in business or related field
+ 5 years sales and management experience in the power sports, automotive or related industry
+ Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
+ International business management and travel experience strongly preferred
+ Spanish speaking and/or bi lingual skills are a positive
