This 6-month program is designed for people who have been away from work for two years or more and are looking to re-enter the workforce full-time. Launching this fall Aerospace will provide training mentorship and networking opportunities to support skilled professionals get back to doing what they love.To be considered for the Re-Entry program applicants must meet the minimum qualifications: Current career break of two or more years Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university Minimum of four years of experience relevant to a science math engineering or technology field Ability to commit to a 6-month full-time position beginning October 2020 Desire to be a full-time Aerospace employee at the end of the program Preferably have held a security clearance but not requiredWhy Chose Aerospace: You will be assigned a dedicated peer mentor and program mentor to keep you on track for success You will have networking opportunities with senior leaders and executives to expand your exposure You will have an opportunity to choose a flexible work schedules including 9/80 work weeks allowing for every other Friday off so you can still enjoy a great work-life balance You will have vacation accrual and paid holidays You will be up to date on COVID-19 with weekly updates providing support and guidance You will be a part of a new wave of diversity outreach that will help expand minds and pave a way for the generations after usNot only does Aerospace tackle the toughest technical problems we are also focusing on areas outside of the space sector that are equally as important such as diversity outreach and empowerment.
