The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment to develop and implement air and missile defense algorithms and technologies. Successful applicants will see the impact of their models in digital simulation hardware-in-the-loop and in the deployed systems protecting our war fighters. Must be a U.S. Citizen This position requires a final DoD secret security clearance to access classified information. Inability to obtain and maintain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position. Preferred Qualifications: A BS or MS degree in engineering computer science mathematics physics or related field from an accredited college. Job Responsibilities Include: Assist in planning and executing performance analyses on missile systems and its interactions with current and planned air-and missile assets. Assist in developing testing and evaluating threat scenarios and using air and missile models and simulations to perform system level predictive analysis. Perform missile simulations to assess missile performance under nominal and stressed flight and threat conditions. Assist in the development and implement missile simulation models based on designs ground and flight test results. Assist in development of requirements for large complex system models/simulations and or test/analysis tools. Document analysis results in reports and briefings and present analysis results to a variety of audiences. Work within and across teams to support and coordinate daily integration activities.
