Description, duties, responsibilities

n. The Aviation Site Manager (ASM) leads a dynamic Maintenance Repair and Overhaul facility supporting a wide variety of Government and Commercial aviation customers. The ASM manages the resources that plan execute control and inspect all aircraft maintenance modification and support programs to ensure on time delivery of safe and high-quality work that provides value to our customers. Must be a customer-oriented leader and management expert with extensive skill in aircraft maintenance and modification planning and execution. Must be an expert in leading employee recruiting efforts manpower management safety environmental compliance and quality control applications. The ASM has responsibility for the FAA Part 145 Repair Station and the AS 9110 Quality Management System. Responsible for the supervision of all rotary and fixed wing aircraft maintenance. n.
