Bowhead seeks qualified personnel to support Combat Air Forces (CAF) Bomber Squadron operations and operations support functions to include aircrew Scheduling Operations Training and Standardizations and Evaluations (Stan/Eval) support. Selected personnel
will provide Advisory and Assistance Support services (A&AS) to support non-flying duties within Bomber Squadrons which traditionally utilized Pilots/Weapons System Officers (WSO) to perform as additional duties.

• Minot AFB – Minot ND
• Whiteman AFB – Knob Noster MO
The Aircrew Scheduling Team coordinates with the training officer squadron aviation resource management (SARM) UDM and Operations Officer (DO) to arrange a schedule to facilitate operations qualification upgrade test exercises and continuation training
accomplishment to meet required currency and progression standards in accordance with DO priorities.

Track daily flight/ground/academic training requirements and accomplishments to facilitate accurate flight scheduling as directed by the operations officer.
The Training Manager coordinates with scheduling to ensure crewmembers are scheduled for Crew Resource Management Instructor Crew Resource Management Instrument Refresher Course and any other grounding or pre-deployment training requirements.
Review and update data in PEX (or equivalent) and interfaces with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) or future ARMS systems.
Review and update student permanent records per the applicable Air Force Instructions (AFI 11-202V1 and AFI 11-2MDS-V1) associated ACC Installation supplements and locally-developed guidance.
STANDARDIZATION and EVALUATIONS MANAGER
The S&E Manager notifies crew members scheduling and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing evaluations and training requirements. Maintain accountability and control of flight testing materials.
Interpret Air Force Instructions (AFIs) and provide guidance to personnel assigned to Stan/Eval shops to help track training and readiness status of Squadron personnel.
Coordinate with training officer to review and update student permanent records.

1. Minimum (2) or more years’ experience working in a Squadron/Group/Wing training program specific to the position of interest (described above) OR minimum of five (5) years’ of experience working in a DoD Flying Squadron/Group/Wing training program.
2. Two years’ of experience working with PEX or similar proprietary Stan/Eval programs.
3. Intermediate-level proficiency in the use/application of Microsoft Office products.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED:
Must currently hold and be able to MAINTAIN a security clearance at the SECRET level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
