<h5>Airport Cargo Agent Delta - ABQ </h5><p>Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking an Airport Cargo Agent for the ABQ location. This position is full-time and non-exempt offering a base pay rate of $16.50. The role includes shifts in the A.M. overnight and P.M. </p><h5>Job Summary </h5><p>Responsible for routing inbound and outbound air freight shipments to their destinations and processing transactions for shipments. </p><h5>Benefits </h5><ul> <li>Flight privileges offered after 30 days for employees and eligible family members! </li><li>Weekly pay for hourly employees (could change it specific to the state e.g. CA) </li><li>Full time starts at 30 hours per week! </li><li>Paid time off (for full-time employees). </li><li>Comprehensive medical dental and vision insurance (for full-time employees). </li><li>401k for all employees. </li><li>Exclusive discounts and additional wellness programs. </li></ul> <h5>Job Duties </h5><ul> <li>Load and unload freight packages or cargo. </li><li>Take orders from customers arrange for pickup of cargo and answer questions related to cargo. </li><li>Prepare bills of lading and weigh items to determine charges and prepare freight bills. </li><li>Collect fees process payments and issue refunds using the computer system. </li><li>Contact vendors and claims adjustment department to resolve problems with shipments. </li><li>Prepare manifest to accompany shipments and maintain records of goods shipped received and stored. </li><li>May also perform ramp agent duties as needed. </li><li>Adhere to all safety procedures and policies. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position. </li><li>Complete work in a safe and secure manner following company safety and operational standards </li><li>Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy. </li></ul> <h5>Qualifications </h5><ul> <li>High school diploma or GED. </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li><li>Possess a valid driving license. </li><li>Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements. </li></ul> <h5>Physical Requirements </h5><ul> <li>Must be able to constantly lift move up to 70 lbs push pull; and constantly walk stand reach above shoulder climb crawl stoop squat kneel reach grasp outwards and bend. </li></ul> <h5>Working Conditions </h5><ul> <li>Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours nights weekends and holidays overtime. </li><li>Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements. </li></ul> <p>Unifi is committed to equal opportunity employment regardless of race color ancestry religion sex national origin sexual orientation age citizenship marital status disability or veteran status. </p>
