Airport Customer Service Agent - JAC

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent. This position is located in Jackson Wyoming and offers a base pay rate of $25.00. The role is full-time and non-exempt available for both A.M. and P.M. shifts.

Responsibilities

The Airport Customer Service Agent will be the first line of defense for our customers providing first-class customer service to everyone. This is a customer-facing role that requires being friendly outgoing and passionate about making people happy daily. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting passengers with their baggage pick-up.
• Assisting passengers to resolve issues with their delayed lost or damaged items.
• Utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage.
• Handling customer interaction with class in an efficient effective and professional manner.
• Performing other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
• Regularly lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling and moving items of 70 pounds and/or more and lifting weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.

Basic Qualifications

To qualify for this position candidates must:

• Be a local (in-state) resident.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess a valid in-state drivers license.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Pass up to a 10-year background check.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
• Complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
• Be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
