Description, duties, responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Remove all trash from aircraft and clean and restock all lavatories and soiled magazines
• Clean aircraft floor galley all seats seat back pockets and tray tables
• Complete Daily Equipment Checks and associated checklists including security searches
• Use personal protective equipment including a face shield and hearing protection
• Maintain professional working relationships with fellow employees supervisors managers airline employees and airport authorities
• Ensure the operation functions in a safe caring dependable and efficient manner at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Effectively communicate with all hub services agents

• Minimum of 18 years old
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to read write and speak English fluently
• Ability to operate a computer/tablet to enter and retrieve data
• Must be willing and able to perform a variety of physical activities including bending stooping climbing and working in tight spaces
• Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment
• Must be able to read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions hazardous material identification labels aircraft loading manifests and baggage and cargo routing tags
• Eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances (FAA TSA Port Authority U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal) per local requirements
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be able to work during day and night shifts weekends and holidays; mandatory overtime may be required based on operational need
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
