Salary Min: $52228.00 Salary Mid: $64899.00LSG Sky Chefs a part of LSG Group is the worlds leading provider of end-to-end on-board products and services.Role Purpose StatementPerform scheduling and packing data management activities and process documentation to support operations and customers.Main AccountabilitiesData Management Review and interpret airline catering flight schedules and construct operational support data (packing loading and flight scheduling) Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Process ongoing customer data changes to update CBASE operational support data Comply with established data management and quality assurance processes Make recommendations for improvements to established processes Collaborate with different work streams to ensure consistency of data outputs Use technical and operational expertise to assess potential issues identify root causes and implement resolutions Develop and maintain working relationships with airline customers and operations users Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs Support and participate in company sponsored initiativesKnowledge Skills and Experience Bachelor degree or 1-3 years experience in data management Ability to complete assignments against tight deadlines Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Self motivated able to prioritize activities and multitask without close supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Must be a strong team player and fit well within a team environment Experience with airline specific database systems and CBASE experience preferred Strong computer skills to include MS Office products (Excel Word and Access)
