Seeking a strategic and analytical full-time Aviation Bid Strategy Manager this role will develop and execute bid strategies for complex airline pursuits ensuring alignment with business objectives while collaborating cross-functionally to create winning proposals in a remote work environment.Key responsibilitiesDevelop market-level approaches and airline-specific strategies for aviation opportunities defining clear win themesManage and optimize the opportunity pipeline focusing on high-value high-probability pursuitsCollaborate with sales and finance teams to evaluate deal profitability and guide negotiation processesRequired qualifications7+ years of experience working for or with airlinesExperience in vendor management RFP and RFIsProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Product Management and FinanceStrong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiencesBachelors degree in Business Finance Economics Aviation Engineering or a related field is preferred
