?? Compensation: Up to $83,700/year + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
?? Schedules Available:
Mon–Thurs: 6 AM–2:30 PM; Fri: 7 AM - 2 PM
Mon–Thurs: 3 PM–11:30 PM; Fri: 7 AM - 2 PM

?? About the Role
As an Aircraft Mechanic Instructor, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering engaging, FAA-aligned instruction while mentoring and supporting the next generation of aviation maintenance professionals. This isn’t just teaching—it’s launching careers. You’ll:
Deliver dynamic instruction on aircraft maintenance fundamentals and advanced techniques
Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient classroom/lab setting with modern tools and equipment
Collaborate with leadership to enhance curriculum and align with industry standards
Monitor student performance, offer support and tutoring, and foster a positive learning culture
Maintain accurate attendance and grade records using CampusNexus and other systems
Be an influential voice in shaping AIM’s legacy of excellence in technical education
???? What We’re Looking For
Required:
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
3+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication, organization, and tech skills (MS Office proficiency)
Preferred:
Associate’s degree in a related field
Experience with CampusNexus
NCATT or FCC certifications
