Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Base Manager (Associate), to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Participates in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations

  • Gathers and reviews data for use in supplier performance evaluations

  • Identifies and communicates potential risks and issues

  • Provides support in the development of mitigation plans

  • Deploys operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance

  • Supports the development and implementation of supplier project plans

  • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager

  • 1+ years of experience managing supplier relationships and performing supplier technology evaluations

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher preferred but not required

  • 4+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years experience functioning in a cross-functional environment

  • 3+ years experience working with Supplier Management and/or Supply Chain

  • 3+ years experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance

  • 3+ years experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

Summary pay range: $70,800.00 – $95,800.00
