Boeing Global Services is searching for an EA-18G Growler Electrician to join the team in NAS Whidbey Island, WA.

The EA-18G Growler Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical safety practices and modifications on the EA-18G aircraft. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, repair techniques and modifications to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.

Position Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical repairs and modifications on the EA-18G aircraft in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.

  • Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems to identify and troubleshoot issues.

  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety practices and regulations during all repair and modification activities.

  • Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to implement design changes and improvements.

  • Document all repair and modification activities accurately in accordance with company policies.

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of electrical systems.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in , preferably in an aerospace environment.

  • Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical safety practices and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions

  • This position may require working in confined spaces and at heights.

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

  • May require working in various environmental conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals.
