What you'll do
Customer Success & Support

What you'll do
Customer Success & Support
- Become a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them get maximum value from the platform
- Communicate clearly and confidently with aircraft owners, pilots, maintenance shops, and operators
- Serve as an internal advocate for customer needs, sharing feedback to help improve our product
- Support customers via email, phone, and in-app messaging
Maintenance Tracking Operations
- Learn our system inside and out
- Build accurate, tail-specific maintenance tracking profiles for various GA aircraft
- Review customer-submitted documents and determine their impact on maintenance requirements
- Help ensure each aircraft’s tracking status is up-to-date, compliant, and consistent
Preferred background/skillsets
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
- Analytical and process-oriented thinker
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with FAA regulatory environment (Part 91/135 maintenance concepts, ADs, SBs, ICAs)
- Aviation enthusiasm—professional or personal
Bonus points:
- A&P or IA license, or hands-on exposure to GA piston/turboprop maintenance workflows
