Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at Falcon Field.

You will perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and overhauls of both fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft

and components, in strict compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and Heliponents’ quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform inspections, repairs, overhauls, and modifications on fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft, components, and systems in accordance with FAA Part 145 requirements.

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and avionics systems to determine corrective actions.

- Accurately document all work performed per FAA and company requirements.

- Remove, repair, and replace defective parts using proper tools, manuals, and technical data.

- Collaborate with team members and inspectors to ensure quality and safety compliance.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

- FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.

- Minimum of 2 years aircraft maintenance experience with hands-on work in both fixed-wing and rotor-wing platforms (Part 145 experience preferred).

- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, technical manuals, and maintenance practices.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.

- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

- Comfortable working in a variety of physical positions including standing, bending, and kneeling.

- Capable of working in shop and hangar environments.
