Position Overview

We are looking for an CBTA Deployment Content Specialist to join our team in Singapore.

The CBTA Deployment Content Specialists main responsibility is to evaluate customer airline pilot training content, airline operations manuals & evaluate the necessary changes required for the airline to implement content changes to support the implementation of the Boeing CBTA program. The CBTA Deployment Content Specialist has the coordination responsibility between other subject matter experts in the CBTA Deployment team and the Boeing Learning Design team.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Airline CBTA content needs evaluation (GAP analysis) sufficient to enable understanding of the changes required for the airline to adopt the Boeing CBTA program

  • Create recommendations for the airline that enables them to gain Regulator approval to change to the Boeing CBTA program.

  • Work closely with the CBTA Management System Integration team to ensure the airline has sufficient information for an effective management of change program.

  • Work closely with the Deployment team program manager, airline assigned project manager and airline assigned Deployment Lead/Instructor Evaluator to coordinate resources and requirements for all allocated deployment implementation activity in accordance with the CBTA deployment Plan and associated milestones and actions.

  • Ensuring the deployment plan for an assigned airline accurately reflects agreed deployment objectives and timelines. Disseminating information as required to participating elements.

  • Coordinating and monitoring pre-deployment activity required for an assigned airline CBTA content change plan.

  • Overseeing process completion of all documentation for an assigned airline.

  • Coordinate CBTA content deployment activity and act as intermediary between Boeing Learning Design stakeholders and the CBTA Deployment team.

  • Provide, support and oversee the efficient implementation of the deployment airline CBTA content.

  • Provide airline implementation progress updates, risks and options for mitigation to the assigned CBTA Project Manager

Basic Qualification:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Trello and any other systems used by the CBTA Deployment team.

  • Knowledge of change management methodologies including project, project and portfolio management.

  • Good knowledge of CBTA-EBT regulatory requirements & CBTA-EBT aviation best practice.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Corporate Governance and Risk Management.

  • Ability to drive success by producing outputs, managing tasks, meeting timescales and pursuing goals.

  • Good problem-solving ability.

  • Understanding of the role and importance of health and safety in the workplace.

  • Excellent written and spoken English language.

  • Ability to articulate information clearly, written and verbal.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels and work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Extensive knowledge of Boeing CBTA program content.

  • Preference for written and spoken Mandarin.
