Key responsibilities

  • Candidate assessment: Conduct advanced technical and cultural evaluations, synthesize interviewer feedback, and provide constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Outreach, screening & evaluation: Design outreach and engagement strategies; perform in-depth phone and campus screenings.
  • Talent sourcing & pipeline management: Build and maintain pipelines in ATS/CRM using advanced search techniques and proactive sourcing.
  • Employer branding: Act as brand ambassador on campus and via social channels; develop campus collateral and messaging.
  • End-to-end recruitment & interview coordination: Lead full lifecycle recruiting for internships and entry-level roles; streamline interview processes and train stakeholders on best practices.
  • Negotiation & offer management: Manage offers and counteroffers to secure hires while protecting business interests.
  • Diversity & inclusion: Develop and implement diversity hiring strategies and advise hiring managers on inclusive practices.
  • Data analysis & hiring forecasting: Monitor recruitment metrics, perform data-driven analysis, and guide hiring forecasts with stakeholders.
  • Relationship management & industry networking: Build and sustain university and industry relationships; collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners.
  • Operational rigor & compliance: Ensure SLAs, documentation, and recruitment processes meet operational standards.

Required (Basic) qualifications

  • Proven experience in campus and high-volume hiring.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical solutions for complex resourcing challenges.
  • Experience using AI-enabled recruitment tools (sourcing, screening, candidate matching, or analytics) to improve speed, quality, and fairness of hiring.
  • Advanced screening and assessment skills; ability to provide structured feedback.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficient with ATS/CRM, MS Office; comfortable with recruitment analytics and AI-assisted insights.
  • Ability to negotiate offers and manage candidate experience.
  • Demonstrated capability to build and maintain talent pipelines.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8–12 years of relevant recruitment experience.
  • Experience working in multinational or agency environments.
  • Familiarity with Workday ATS and technical hiring practices.
  • Experience coaching/mentoring recruiters and leading recruitment initiatives.

Typical education & experience

  • Typically, 8–12 years of related work experience or relevant experience. Advanced degree preferred but not required.
