The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Staff Analyst (Lead or Senior) to join the Special Projects Dallas (SPD) team located in Richardson, TX.  In this role, you have the unique opportunity to support the Special Projects Dallas Team across multiple functions and divisions.

The ideal candidate will establish objectives and provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content, business cadence and leadership briefings. Analyzes data and summarizes budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate high levels of organization & motivation, the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple functions and physical locations, a self-starter and someone who can engage with others in a professional setting.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

  • An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

  • Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements may be required for these positions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports leadership in establishing and maintaining organizational operating rhythm

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives

  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan

  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings

  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or technical materials

  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options

  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events

  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget

  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized training content

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

  • 5+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders

  • 5+ years of experience with project management

  • 5+ years of experience working with MS Office Suite, such as Word, Excel and MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree or higher

  • 10+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

  • 10+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders

  • 10+ years of experience with project management

  • 10+ years’ of experience working with MS Office Suite, such as Word, Excel and MS Project

  • Experience leading the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.

Lead       $104,550 - $141,450

Senior    $131,750 – $178,250
