Sr. Enterprise Sales
Seattle-based pioneer in real-time aircraft data analytics and software products. The Sr. Enterprise Sales will be an individual contributor. Enterprise technology sales experience in complex SaaS and B2B environments is required. Coordinate and oversee all sales activities on a global basis while meeting all quotas and objectives. Additionally, this person will engage with the product and engineering teams to convey product requirements, development opportunities, and feedback from customer and partner engagements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains a sales pipeline.
- Sells Company products globally to airlines.
- Achieves and exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
- Answers inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products and other related information.
- Oversees long sales process with a complex cycle and a big-ticket item.
- Collaborates with the company’s executive leadership team to develop and meet organizational goals while supplying expertise and guidance on leads, sales, and industry opportunities.
- Maintains and distributes within the company knowledge of emerging technologies and trends.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong sales experience in enterprise technology B2B and SaaS environments.
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, or a pilot's license.
- A proven record of managing and closing complex sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in an environment of high ambiguity.
- Proficient with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other major CRM platforms.
- Preferred- knowledge of the airline industry operations, dispatch, and pilot operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; some expertise with Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Experience working with emerging, early-stage products and services.
- Preferred, but not required- Experience working directly for airlines.
Personal Attributes:
- Extensive professional experience in enterprise sales roles in software and aviation.
- Education may vary; an advanced degree in software development, aerospace engineering, or business administration is preferred, but not required.
- High energy level, maturity, and integrity.
- Strong results orientation with an appropriate sense of urgency and a proactive approach.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Education and Physical Requirements:
- The company is headquartered in Seattle, Washington, and must reside within a 30-mile radius of Seattle.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
