Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst – Employment Development Project Manager to support the BPS Leadership Development Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative group of leadership & development facilitators. We are looking for highly motivated team members passionate about taking the BSC (Boeing South Carolina) site and 787 Program to a higher level achieving our safety, quality and delivery goals for ourselves and customers. In this role, you will partner with leaders to be Facilitators of Leadership Development & Transformation and have a deep interest in growing others. Team members will have a natural, confident presence and communicate clearly, in order to be able to convey information and ideas to a variety of audiences. Successful candidates will exemplify our Boeing values.  They will also be able to provide insight and application of practical and effective leadership and personal development topics.

Position Responsibilities

  • Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives

  • Conduct leadership development and training sessions to improve individual or group performance

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

  • Works under general direction

  • Utilize Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) to identify root cause issues

  • Develop and document innovative solutions in support of team goals

  • Conduct learning requirements analysis and set learning objectives

  • Support development and implement team cross training initiatives

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a regulated industry

  • 3+ years of experience partnering on cross-functional teams

  • 1+ years of experience in planning and facilitation of workshops/learning events

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Must be willing to work any shift based on the needs of the operation

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

  • 5+ years of experience teaching, coaching and developing others

  • 5+ years of experience with LEAN or other advanced QMS/SMS systems
