The opportunity 

We are now recruiting for the position of Senior Manager Boeing Training Capability located in our Brisbane office. 

As the Senior Manager you will be responsible for driving the strategic management and execution of the Training Capability as part of the Support Systems team. This role requires a systems approach to training with a focus on design and development. The role will be required to influence new business opportunities and current training operations to establish and grow an enterprise-wide capability to the business and our customers, including the Boeing Military platforms that we support. 

In executing this role, you will:

  • Lead a large and diverse team across Australia, executing to multiple domains and capabilities
  • strategic planning and capability development covering the people, process and tools aspects including needs analysis, design and development;
  • drive competency development for training specialists across the business;
  • providing recommendations on tools, technologies and standards adoption.

You will need to have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in training development and delivery
  • Be a recognised expert in training operations & management with at least 7-10 years experience in a training environment. Experience within a Military training environment would be beneficial.
  • Proven experience in the analysis and design of training curricula and/or developing training media. 

Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements and be able to achieve AGSVA NV1 clearance.
