Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Facilities Analyst to join our team in Hertford, NC.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality assurance/quality control program within facilities O & M program to include internal maintenance and external contracts
  • Lead the preventive maintenance program including assigning project leads, ensuring maintenance frequency in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, verifying completeness of work, managing internal simple projects
  • Coordinate annual standard operating procedures updates and approvals
  • Conduct annual review of statements of work for vendor contracts, update SOW requirements, write and execute new SOWs in accordance with site policy
  • Real Property lead/custodian
  • Manage program level process improvement program
  • Regularly audit preventive maintenance efforts for efficiency and labor/material actuals
  • Analyze preventive maintenance program effectiveness against break-fixes and vs run-to-fail options
  • Continually monitor customer system of record (MAXIMO) for efficiency gains/losses
  • Lead public works scheduling efforts to include internal maintenance, projects, and scheduling of vendors

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience working with MS Office suite or similar
  • Experience providing professional, accurate and responsive customer service to internal and external customers
  • 5+ years’ experience using professional communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in an administrative or support role
  • Experience creating documented processes
  • Experience working with vendors and customers
