BGS Commercial Modifications Engineering is seeking a proactive and results-driven ExperiencedBusiness Operations Specialist in Frimley, Surrey to support our Commercial Engineering and leadership teams. We have a collaborative team culture that values initiative, clarity, and measurable results.  In this role you will streamline day?to?day operations, develop polished presentations, and support high?impact business initiatives that enable engineering excellence across modification programs. 

Hiring details:

  • This requisition is for a locally hired position in Frimley. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.

  • This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Track, analyze, and report operational metrics and KPIs to inform leadership decisions and continuous improvement efforts

  • Own development and delivery of concise, data?driven presentations, decision packages, and reports for leadership forums

  • Provide business operational support and engineering management integration to various levels of management.

  • Communicate & coordinate business operations strategy with team located in multiple locations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business administration, business management, or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in a Business Operations role, and/or related disciplines

  • 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing business operations strategy with senior and/or executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Demonstrated experience supporting engineering or technical organizations in an operations, program support, or business?analysis capacity

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create executive?level presentations and synthesize complex information for diverse audiences

  • Proven ability to lead cross?functional projects, influence without authority, and drive results in a fast?paced environment

  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and translating data into actionable recommendations

  • High degree of organization, initiative, and professionalism; comfortable managing competing priorities and ambiguous situations
