Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Customer Technical Training Specialist (Mid-Level & Senior) to support the T-7A program in Randolph AFB, TX. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance (SME) with experience as a fighter aircraft mechanic. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver innovative technical learning solutions tailored to military aircraft maintainers. This role requires an understanding of complex aircraft maintenance learning objectives, course structure, content, and methodologies. The SME will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective learning solutions to meet customer aircraft maintenance training requirements, instructing advanced training courses, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs based on customer feedback and operational outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and defines customer technical training needs and requirements
  • Develops technical training proposals
  • Evaluates and determines training objectives, content, design, and technologies
  • Uses specialized software technology to research, develop and modify new and existing media and materials
  • Prepares lesson plans and instructs participants
  • Researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates effectiveness of standard technical training
  • Supports developing and documenting training standards and specifications

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience performing aircraft maintenance on USAF, USN or USMC aircraft
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years of higher education and/or related work experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.) (Senior)
  • Maintenance Instructor experience
  • Courseware Development experience
  • Maintenance experience on any of the following T-7, F-22, F-35, F/A-18, F-15 and F-16
