Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Contracts Procurement Agent (Level 3 or 4) to join the Forgings Contracts team located in Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads contracting activities including negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.

  • Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.

  • Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.

  • Participates in supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.

  • Owns and manages the business relationship with the supplier

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working with Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing

  • 5+ years of experience negotiating & executing contracts

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Must be able to work independently and mentor teammates Must be willing to travel domestically & internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Finance or relevant Business field

  • 10+ years experience in the above categories

  • Must be willing to travel domestically & internationally as needed

Level 3: $100,000- $116,000

Level 4: $125,000 - $146,000
