The BT & E Business Operations team is looking to hire a Staff Analyst to join our team at Edwards Air Force Base, CA.  This Field Operation Site is comprised of a diverse team of BT & E employees who are extremely motivated, skilled, knowledgeable, and highly valued by our customers and business partners.

This position will support the BT & E Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers test organization. This role will work directly with and support the Edwards AFB BT & E Director in running the organizational management system, rhythm of the business, functional performance & reporting and projects or initiatives.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Level Staff Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads the maintenance of the organization’s management system and rhythm of the business

  • Collect and assemble data from multiple sources; Conduct research and assist with the evaluation of organizational data

  • Develop briefings and integrated reporting, and provide status reports

  • Track weekly deliverables, presentations, accomplishments, etc.

  • Support leadership in meeting facilitation and execution

  • Complete special projects and ad hoc tasks, as assigned

  • Gather customer requirements for projects

  • Coordinate logistics for all team meetings and organizational events

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools.  Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • 3+ years of experience as a Staff Analyst

  • 3+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in formal and/or informal role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 4: 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience in organizing, prioritizing, paying attention to detail and ensuring accuracy

  • Experience working in Engineering, Manufacturing and/or Quality
