The Boeing Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to join our EHS team in Puyallup, WA.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EHS Manager to join our Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) team. In this role, you will lead the development, deployment, and optimization of our EHS programs, ensuring it meets all regulatory and compliance requirements. The selected candidate will support site operations being responsible for the development and maintenance of EHS programs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages and integrates employees across EHS disciplines

  • Activities managed include the planning and implementation of EHS programs/processes

  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors’ degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)

  • 3+ years of experience in leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years proven experience in managing EHS programs

Summary pay range: $122,400 – $165,600
