Position Overview
Angelo Precision Aircraft is seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to join our growing maintenance team supporting a diverse fleet of general aviation piston and turbine aircraft.
We are a stable, family-owned FAA Part 145 Repair Station with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and long-term customer relationships. Our shop performs inspections, repairs, upgrades, and avionics installations across a wide range of aircraft platforms.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated mechanic who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting, and working in a professional team environment with experienced leadership support.
Aircraft We Maintain
Cessna (150 through 208 Caravan)
Beechcraft Bonanza, Baron, King Air
Piper aircraft
Robinson Helicopters
General aviation piston and turbine aircraft
Work includes routine inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair projects.
Responsibilities
Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance
Troubleshoot aircraft discrepancies
Perform repairs and component replacements
Assist with aircraft modifications and upgrades
Work in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer data
Complete maintenance documentation accurately
Coordinate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency
Qualifications
FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate (Required)
General aviation maintenance experience preferred
Turbine aircraft experience a plus
Robinson helicopter experience a plus but not required
Ability to read maintenance manuals and technical data
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team-oriented attitude
IA certification is a plus but not required.
