Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Supply Base Management Spec to join our team in Seattle, WA; St. Louis, MO, and Dallas, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Integrate Supplier Recovery “Roadmaps” with Supply Chain Teams and supporting organizations
  • Work side by side with Supplier Recovery Leaders (SRL) on Roadmap action plans and progress
  • Acts as first line of resolution for issues raised to Supplier Recovery (Triage)
  • Integrate Supplier Recovery Roadmaps with SILs (ex. White Papers)
  • Establish Standards

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager
  • 5+ years of experience managing supplier relationships
  • 5+ years of experience applying risk management and mitigation principles

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external)
  • Experience in Supplier Chain / Supply Base or Supplier Management
  • Leading or managing projects
  • Experience and effectively communicating, both verbally and in writing, and collaborating across multi-discipline teams
  • Bachelors’ degree

Summary pay range: Level 4: $109,650 – $148,350    

Level 5: $127,500 - $172,500
