The following information is a description of Cloud Dancer Aviation Inc. and our Professional Pilot Training Academy. I trust you will find the information complete and helpful. CDA was formed on Feb.26, 1996 as a FAA Part 61 Flight Training School and aircraft maintenance facility. The company was formed by myself, David L. Alber Sr., 3 Instructors, and one Piper Seneca I. Today we are both a Part 61 and FAA Certificated 141 Flight Academy operating 12 aircraft with a staff of 20. We are also certified by the United States Department of Immigrations for training Foreign Students training.
