Boeing’s Security and Fire Operations team is seeking a Mid-Level Security & Fire Multi-Operations Specialist that is immediately available to join our executive support office in Arlington, VA.

The selected candidate will be a collaborative self-starter in the Arlington executive support office, representing the company in the nation’s capital. This high-visibility role supports the Long Bridge site with virtual oversight of services across the Mid?Atlantic. The position is primarily onsite full?time with limited ad?hoc virtual work opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead the Emergency Preparedness Program: planning and executing evacuations, drills, and training; support incident management and response readiness

  • Perform Uniformed security contract oversight

  • Oversee all aspects of the Long Bridge account including financial, compliance, and performance  

  • Serve as liaison with internal teams and community partners to strengthen security programs that protect people, property, and information

  • Provide administrative support to the regional Threat Management Team

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance, upgrades, and installations for video security, access control, and alarm systems with internal teams and external vendors

  • Support administrative activities that sustain uniformed security provider services; maintain and refine integrated contract security response procedures

  • Lead and participate in site inspections to ensure compliance with company policies; implement, track, and close Corrective Action Plans within deadlines

  • Embed safety into daily operations and influence a strong safety culture among uniformed security personnel

  • Support initiatives and special projects that improve productivity and reduce costs

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with agility, attention to first?time quality, and flexibility

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working in the private and/or government sector in security, fire protection, and emergency preparedness

  • 3+ years of experience with Security and Fire Operations or uniformed security policies, procedures, disciplines and requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners

  • 3+ years of experience developing and writing processes, policies, and procedures

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • Motivated individual who is a self-starter, a cooperative team player, and who demonstrates a sense of urgency and initiative in determining and completing actions independently
