GAL AeroStaff Ltd. is an aerospace staffing company specializing in temporary and permanent staffing for general and technical positions in the aviation and aerospace industry.

We are currently hiring experienced Sr Wire Harness Technician for our partner in CA. We support supercharge electrical wire harness manufacturing through software configuration, transforming skilled assembly tasks into high-throughput production lines.

As a Senior Harnessing Technician, you will serve as a technical leader on the production floor, executing the most complex builds, mentoring junior technicians, and supporting new product introduction efforts alongside engineering teams. You will set the standard for quality, speed, and technical excellence in the build process. Long term contract opportunity to go direct hire.

What you'll bring to the team:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• 5–12 years of experience in harness manufacturing or related production environments.
• Expert at reading complex schematics and executing high-quality builds.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
