Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking a Mid-Level Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3). This onsite role is within 787 Value Stream Integration directly supporting our 3PL warehouse in Hanahan, South Carolina. This is a 3rd shift position located in Hanahan, SC.

You will incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions as well as apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Designs, extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators

  • Integrator between 3PL and Boeing supporting KPI initiatives, such as on-time delivery, receiving, and other performance measures

  • Determines and reports compliance to internal/external requirements

  • Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities

  • Leads cross-functional process management activities

  • Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action

  • Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high risk programs

  • Develops, analyzes and maintains processes, tools, information and industry best practices in support of Supplier Management and procurement processes including self governance or compliance, process performance, measurement and improvement, training and supply-base management, supply chain planning and optimization

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in a position where priorities changed frequently & customer service was critical to the team’s success

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain and/or materials management analysis

  • 1+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data &  presenting analysis/recommendations to management

  • Willingness to work any shift based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with ERPLN, REDARS or similar system

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or production support

  • Effective problem solving and time management skills

  • Independent, self-motivated, with ability to prioritize critical tasks
