What You’ll Do
In addition to performing routine maintenance, you will be doing basic troubleshooting and repairs to ensure minimum schedule impact on all SC Aviation’s managed aircraft without compromising safety or quality. You’ll work on our fleet that includes Hawkers, Challenger 300/350s, Falcon 2000s, and Falcon 7X. You’ll also be responsible for:
• Demonstrating technical expertise
• Independently performing scheduled inspections
• Ensuring that all aircraft are safe for flight before scheduled flights begin departure
• Performing required operational checks as required for SCA operations
• Providing daily maintenance work, aircraft status, and time records
• Communicating with flight crews regarding aircraft status, in the absence of a shift supervisor/Lead Mechanic

Qualifications

• FAA  A&P Mechanics License: Essential for ensuring compliance and safety.
• 2+ Years’ Aviation Maintenance Experience: Proven track record in maintaining aircraft.
• Expertise in Aircraft Maintenance: Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in ensuring safe operations.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Skilled in inspecting equipment, identifying issues, and performing minor repairs.
• Effective Communication: Proven ability to communicate with supervisors, line service, parts, pilots, and dispatch.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and Windows applications, especially Excel.
• Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Hawker or Falcon aircraft is a plus.
