Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS), is seeking a Customer Training Specialist in Suffolk, VA. This computer operator supports our government customers using the Joint Deployment Logistics Model (JDLM) in several system configurations and variations. This support is part of individual, collective and unit training exercise support provided to military units and other agencies. Events supported include but are not limited to Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MREs), Warfighter Exercises (WFXs) and general Command Post Exercises (CPXs). The JDLM simulation is used to drive command and control (C2) or mission command actions executed by commanders and staff as they train in simulated real-world combat and Stability and Support Operations (SASO) operations and as components of Joint Task Forces.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the design of simulated training events, including entering data and building the simulation of logistics, sustainment, transportation and medical C4I processes
- Assist in determining the physical layout, networking and simulation architecture in support of individual exercises and COCOM (Combatant Command) support events
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Current Active U.S. Secret Clearance
- Ability to operate a computer and perform accurate data entry
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Relevant Military Operations planning, Logistics, Simulation, Training and Technical systems
- Experience in the US Military (active or reserve) or as a contractor
- Logistical experience
- Training experience
- Computer science experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary base pay range $68,250 - $78,600
