Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Fabrication Division is looking for a Senior Product & Services Quality Manager (Level L) to support the 2nd shift ESRC Quality Team onsite in Everett, Washington.

We are seeking dynamic leaders with a proven track record of leading change, inspiring others, and challenging the status quo. In this role, you will be driving improvements within the program to ensure leaders and teams are prepared for and continuously improving with the goal of zero injuries, zero defects, and zero Foreign Object Debris (FOD). The selected candidates will have the unique opportunity to transform the work we do, develop our leaders and teams, as well as integrate across organizations and the enterprise. You will lead and mentor a team of managers with employees performing a variety of quality functions.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees and first-level managers performing management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families

  • Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies

  • Provides education and coaching on the Quality System

  • Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role leading global teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality or production engineering as a senior leader or manager

  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with team building, developing, and motivating employees

  • 5+ years of experience in Material Review Board (MRB) process

  • 5+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (BPS)

  • 5+ years of experience completing process-oriented tasks accurately and in an organized manner

  • 5+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues

  • 5+ years of experience with business acumen and systems thinking

  • Self-starter with strong time management skills to effectively work to and meet deadlines

Summary Range: $143,650 – $194,350
