Role Purpose
This role is responsible for directly supervising all GSE employees including mechanics leads administrators inventory clerks and utility workers. Other responsibilities include scheduling equipment to be repaired and preventative maintenance inspections while ensuring all work is performed safely and is supported by established procedures and protocols.
What you will be doing:
+ Maintains all equipment records and monitors vehicle registration and hour meter program.
+ Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
+ Responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
+ Ensure Ground Equipment and Fueling repair deadlines are met.
+ Coordinates scheduling of equipment to be repaired.

What we are looking for:
+ High school diploma/general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Completion of an Automotive/Diesel Mechanic degree program preferred.
+ Must possess valid US driver’s license
+ Must be comfortable lifting/moving 70lbs
+ Pass FBI background and obtain US Customs Seal
