Boeing Japan is looking for an intern (2 weeks term) to be based in our Boeing Tokyo office. As an intern at Boeing Japan, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with global teams and learning from our industry-leading experts. In these two weeks, you will observe and participate in actual projects and work with our teammates by conducting research, analyzing trends, and synthesize findings into a report that might be edited and published after the internship. You will not be able to select the project, and the above list may be subject to change.
 
The intern will acquire:

  • An understanding of the global Boeing organization and its activities in Japan.
  • Expertise on respective Business and Corporate initiatives in the aviation sector.
  • Relationship building skills for the purpose of knowledge building.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations to regional leadership.
  • Time and resource management skills to execute a professional product.

Position Responsibilities:

Several projects will be assigned for the position and responsibilities may include:

  • Participate in and conduct day-to-day operations in the business functions.
  • Conduct analyses and research for specific projects to prepare reports that might be edited and published after internship.
  • Interact and relationship with stakeholders in Boeing Japan Tokyo office stakeholders and its customers.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Ability to work full-time for two weeks during Aug/Sep of 2026 calendar year.
  • Authorized to work in Japan (up to 40H/week)
  • Student status who will graduate between Oct 2026 and Jul 2028
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough, high-quality research and to translate the analysis into a professional-quality report.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • English speaking and writing skills are essential.

Other job-related information:

This requisition is for a locally hired position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not on Boeing US-based payroll.

August 17, 2026 (Monday) to August 28, 2026 (Friday)

Monday-Friday/9:00-17:30 (5 days a week, full-time)

Remuneration:¥95,000/2 weeks-

Location: Boeing Tokyo Office (on-site)
